Dance: The Rules of The Game is a unique course specifically designed for anyone delivering PE within the secondary education sector. This course will certainly arm PE teachers with the essential skills and processes required to ensure high quality Dance provision conforming to the requirements of the current PE Curriculum.

Who is the course for?
Directors of Sport, PDMs, SSCOs, PE Coordinators, PE Teachers and HLTAs who have a responsibility to deliver Dance as a subsidiary of the PE National Curriculum. Also suitable for professional dancers involved with KS3/KS4 National Curriculum work.

What is its purpose?
To teach the fundamental Dance subject knowledge to facilitate the coordination and delivery of excellent KS3 provision. It will thoroughly explain and demystify how to address and meet General Requirements, Key Concepts and Key Processes in Dance. It aims to encourage teachers to effectively engage pupils and be confident when delivering lessons. The course has been designed by Andrea H Mallen, a highly respected and experienced teacher, Advisor and author on dance in education.

Course includes:
